The Dilemma

The dilemma of life has come to a stage

From where there’s no escape.

Where one part of it wants to play,

The other says it has grown so aged.

Where one part has the courage to fly,

The other fears the height of heights.

Where one is ready to dive deep into its past,

The other is scared of its deep dark scars.

Where one wants to live life the less ordinary,

The other has made it nothing more than an obituary.

Where it guesses, it has found the working ways,

Just to realize that life has turned everything into a new maze.

Where the seamless nights pave way for the silver lining,

Just to get drenched in its own listless whining.
